The International All-Star Tournament is a double-elimination tournament, sponsored by Little League Baseball International, of all-star Baseball and Softball teams from around the World.
The International Tournament begins at the District Level of Play where the various leagues in District 25 compete against each other, in different age groupings, to determine the District 25 Champions in those Divisions.
The winners of the District 25 All Star Tournaments then advance to the Section 4 tournament, with a chance at further advancement, if successful. Section 4 is made up of 4 Districts, 25,27,36 and 37. The Winner of this Tournament advances to the Southern California State Tournament.
The Winner of the State Tournament, in the 10-12 Division, moves on to the Regional Tournament and the Winner in Baseball represents the Region in the Little League International World Series in Williamsport, PA,. In Softball, The Winner of the Western Region will advance to the International Little League Softball World Series held in Greenville, North Carolina. Only the 10-12 Age Group and above Divisions advance beyond State Level Tournaments.
Detailed Information for the 2021 Little League International Tournament will be posted in June, but probable starting dates for the above Tournaments are listed below;
Baseball
District 25 --10-12's, 9-11's, and 8-10's June 27, 2021
Softball
District 25 -- 10-12's, 9-11's, 8-10's
Section 4 -- approximately June 25, 2021
So. Cal State -- approximately July 10, 2021
West Region -- July 24, 2021
